Meet the architects

Wanda Dalla CostaWanda Dalla Costa

The first First Nations woman to become an architect in Canada, Wanda Dalla Costa, AIA, LEED A.P., is a Design Architect with Redquill Architecture and an Institute Professor and Associate Professor at Arizona State University. She has spent nearly 20 years working with Indigenous communities in North America and her current work focuses on community engagement, Indigenous Placekeeping and climatic resiliency in regional architectures.


Scott RobinsonScott Robinson

With more than three decades of architecture experience, Scott Robinson is Principal-in-Charge, Prime Architect with Tillmann Ruth Robinson. He will oversee administrative and contractual matters on the Indigenous Learning Space project. On previous projects, Scott has lead in-depth engagement with Indigenous Elders, traditional knowledge holders, and community leaders representing the Cree First nation of Waswanipi in Quebec and the Haudenosaunee Confederacy Council in Ontario.
